Who We Are
The Hub City 8 Foundation is the 501(c)(3) charitable arm of the Phi Rho Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., created to empower the Pine Belt region through scholarships, youth mentorship, community revitalization, voter education, and workforce development.
